Terms of service

By engaging Spruce Pixel for a Storefront Audit, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Work

We provide expert opinions and actionable recommendations based on UX best practices and industry research. While our goal is to help improve your store's conversions and user experience, we do not guarantee specific financial results.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you own the rights to the findings and the custom PDF report delivered to you. Spruce Pixel retains the right to use anonymized snippets or general examples from the audit for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed prior to the start of work.

3. Liability

Spruce Pixel is not liable for any technical issues, site disruptions, or changes in revenue resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. Implementation is at the sole discretion of the merchant.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
