Service Commitment

At Spruce Pixel, we deliver detailed, expert-led UX assessments. Because our work involves significant dedicated time and analysis from the moment a project begins, we do not offer refunds once the audit process has started.

How It Works

We review every intake form to ensure we can provide genuine value to your store. If we determine your store isn't a good fit for our service, we'll let you know and no payment will be collected.

Work officially begins only after you've reviewed our proposal and submitted payment. This gives you a clear picture of what you're getting before you commit.

If you feel an element of the agreed-upon scope was missed in your final report, please contact us at sprucepixel@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery. We're committed to making it right.

Cancellation

You may cancel your request at any time before payment is processed. Once payment is made, the project is scheduled and non-refundable.
