We only collect information necessary to perform your Storefront Audit. This includes:

• Contact information (name, email address)
• Store information (URL, target audience, and any details shared through our intake form)
• Transactional information (handled securely via Shopify Payments)

Data Usage

We do not sell your data. We use your store information solely to conduct the audit and communicate the results to you. We may use your email to send project updates or occasional business announcements, which you can opt out of at any time.

Data Access

We do not require staff or collaborator access to your Shopify admin unless explicitly requested for a deep-dive audit. Our standard audits analyze the customer-facing experience of your storefront.
